How do I place an Order?
To place an order just follow the guided procedure in the online cart. First click on the items you are interested in, then click on “add to basket”. Once you are ready with the selection click on the “cart” and “proceed to checkout” button. If you are a new customer you will enter your address information and then you will choose the preferred payment method. When you submit the order an invoice will be created and will be delivered to you together with your parcel.

Items can be returned according to the EU e-commerce regulation.
Carlo Bencini recognizes the right of withdrawal as provided by law. The deadline to exercise this right is 14 days as required by law. By that date, the customer is required to send a written and signed by registered letter, letterhead with the following information: Attn: Carlo Bencini, Piazza S.Stefano 1, 50100, Florence -Italy. The letter must state the bank (bank name,agency’s names, IBAN, SWIFTcode, account number) where the customer wants to receive a credit for the amount paid for the purchase of goods returned. This letter can also be sent by fax to number +39 0577-281346 or by email to: email@example.com. Together with the letter, the customer is required to send through courier, the goods available in appropriate packaging so as to ensure the integrity of the goods during transport and invoice. This packaging, as per the written notice must be sent within 10 days of receipt of goods purchased at the same address indicated above for the dispatch of the letter.
Within 20 days of receipt of the letter and the goods, Carlo Bencini will make the transfer of credit for the exact amount the customer has paid for the purchase of goods ordered on the bank by the customer.
The only expense that the customer has to bear and then to exercise the right of withdrawal is the shipping cost for sending the letter and the cost of transporting the courier for sending back the goods at our office.
